Onward to the Future
Hello everyone - I really should not be blogging, but I am so tempted to that I'll make this one a short one.

Tonight was Careers Night - a very very interesting night I might add! I had planned out which course (rooms) I was going to and what kind of questions to ask etc. However, I only ended up going to the main hall with all the universities where you ask general info about whatever, as well as C9 (Agriculture, Science, Veterinary Science, Engineering) and spent maybe the first 5-10 minutes talking to a woman named Stephanie Xavier (what a funky last name!) about Animal Veterinary Bioscience (I think that's it) and then a good 1/2 hour with Mrs Helen Jones, a 5th year Vet Science student who was really excited in discussing almost anything to do with the course. After speaking with her (and coming back to ask more questions quite a few times) I have this massive urge to do Vet Science!! The only drawback would be the UAI cut off which is tad bit high...I'm not sure if I'll be able to get there...yes if you're wondering it's 98.45 eeeeeeeekkk!?!

Everything to do with the course sounds interesting and maahahahah turns out that even though in all the 'fine print' it states that assumed knowledge is Maths, Chem, and PHYSICS - you really don't need to know Physics at all...in fact according to Helen, she has no idea why it's in there as assumed knowledge at all? Wheee!! Yay that means no hardcore study during my lovely 4 months of utter bliss!!!

Anyway, I suspect that this has been the most boring blog that you all have ever read so I should stop blabbering on about it now!! Soooo a UAI of 98.45....better start studying for Chem Assessment then hey? It's...9:41pm ....bugger! Ta ta! *mwah*

Curse Year 12
I am currently loathing Year 12 with all the spite I have in this little body

I am SO over it.

Maybe it's just some twisted nightmare?

*Focuses and closes her eyes* It's just a horrible nightmare.....wake up...

*squinting hard*............................horrible horrible nightmare............................... *opens eyes*

Bugger.

L'hiver
Ahh...here comes the chilly days of winter with the sharp icy cold wind cutting through the air like a deady blade. *Brrrr* Malgre l'hiver froid, I have to say that I absolutely adooore it - the crisp clean air (well...I like to tell myself that), the snuggling up in front of fireplaces (but a heater will suffice), and the warm feeling of lazing around in ones soft grand bed!!

On the other hand, you may consider l'hiver with a sense of sadness or negativity - when many liddle animals go into hibernation and segragate themselves from their community, when it SUCKS to get out of your bed in the mornings, when a great deal of poor children around the world suffer from the chilly winds.

I suppose it goes along with all the upcoming events - by that I mean assessments :P A whole pile of them. Hehe YOU thought I wasn't going to talk about work didn't you? "She's discussing wintery things, so the subject of study could not possibly seive its way through" Well, I am more clever than you think *taps her nose*.

Yes that dreaded feeling of assessments approaching once again, almost like travelling on a great ship sailing the wide open sea, battling unexpected obstacles ahead - no one can stop this journey than a person travels on, it sweeps you over no matter what....oh deary me...I've been delving too much into Fax X.....this is what school does to your mind..................

Anyway, let's not think about assessments for this moment shall we? Yes I think we should leave this blog on a more friendly note. Hehe I think one of the few things keeping me sane through this year is knowing that it'll be all over after Chemistry Nov 2nd 12:31pm. Oooohhh I shall be utterly joyous and filled with glee when that day arrives!!! I have begun plotting and planning my activities during my first few days of freedom.
  • Wednesday Nov 2nd is the day for celebrating and having a big grand banquet for lunch;
  • Thursday Nov 3rd is Jasmine's 18th so whoever will have finished by then will join me to party all night(or day) long!
  • Friday Nov 4th is the day in the city for good theraputic SHOPPING! Hooraaah!
  • Wednesday Nov 16th is the day for the fantastic year 12 FORMAL! :D *beams* I can't wait to get dressed up again and marvel at all my pwetty fwends!! Although I still resent the fact that it'll be held at Luna Park...*grumble* (not the ACTUAL themepark of course silly)

Hopefully I can start my formal shopping, and find a dress within the first 7 days, following with the shoes, accessories, and so forth. I am going to force Sonki into a hairdresser and straighten that damn hair!! Haha I will conquer Sonks!! I WILL!! *determined*

Oh oh and Athletics Carnival is on this Thursday, which will be fun fun, although I'm predicting all the year 12s won't have the energy to cheer as loudly and proudly as they did for the Swimming Carnival. I still haven't decided what funky and embarrassing outfit to wear - any suggestions? Please feel free to contribute!! At least we get a day off school (kinda) which is a relief :)

Well, I bid thee farewell. Have a splendid week everybody and keep smiling! :)

Lurrrve

"L is for the way you look at me
O is for the only one I see
V is very very extraordinary
E is even more than anyone that you adore
And love is more than I can give to you
Yeah love is more than just a game for two
Two in love can make it
Take my heart but please don't break it
Love was made for me and you!" ^_^

Hehhehhe I am currently in a very sing-ey mood as well as thinking about cute and sweet love phrases. :P Here are some gorgeous and beautiful love sayings that I have discovered not too long ago...

----
"You asked me who's life was more important - yours or mine. I said mine and you walked off angry without realising that you are my life."
This one just makes me wanna go 'awwwwwww' and squeal like a girly girl lol. It's the typical kind of cute luvy duvy phrase - not too special and meaningful in my opinion but very very nice!

"I love sunrises, because each sunrise means another day that I get to share with you."
*bubbles* Something simple, pretty, and sweet, yet extremely touching! ^_^

"There are no regrets we can't get over, as long as you and me are together."
Teeeheeehee!!
This one just brings a smile to my face! :) The perseverance in love, the willingness to keep going when things get rough and to be looking ahead and work on making each day better than the last, despite all the hardships and hurt a couple has been through.

"Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less."
I absolutely adore this phrase because it's so beautiful and so touching. The fact that love causes a person to be willing to look past all the little things like the physical appearance, or flaws

"God created Eve from Adam's ribs - not from his head to overpower him, not from his feet to be trampled by him, but from his ribs to be equal to him, by his side and close to his heart."
This luvely phrase was said at KYC 2005 which sent all the gurls 'awwwing' and all the guys groaning. I suppose this one is more for the gurlies hey?

Au revoir mes amis!
(Eergh...for some reason a small chunk of this blog was deleted while I was editing. Humbug - I can't remember what I wrote!
